| 摘 要： | 目的研究ＣＤ７阳性急性髓系白血病（ＣＤ７＋ＡＭＬ）的临床生物学特征。方法对３０例初治ＣＤ７＋ＡＭＬ患者进行细胞形态学、免疫表型、多药耐药Ｐ糖蛋白、细胞遗传学检测。结果３０例ＣＤ７＋ＡＭＬ在同期２６２例患者中占１１．４％，ＦＡＢ分型中以Ｍ１多见，ＣＤ７＋ＡＭＬ有较高的白细胞总数及原始细胞比例，与ＣＤ３４表达、Ｐ糖蛋白表达高度相关。完全缓解率为４３．３％，中位缓解时间为４个月。达缓解的中位时间为４８天。结论ＣＤ７＋ＡＭＬ患者缓解率低，缓解时间短，具有独特的临床生物学特征。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the immunophenotype and P glycoprotein expression in CD 7 positive adult acute myeloid leukemia (CD 7 AML).Methods Morphology,P glycoprotein,cytogenetics and immunophenotype were examined in 30 previously untreated CD 7 AML patients.Results The CD 7 positive rate was 11.4% in 262 AML patients.CD 7 AML patients had a significantly higher incidence of peripheral leukocytosis and blasts and FAB M 1 subtype and were associated with CD 34 and P glycoprotein expression.42 3% of CD 7 AML achieved complete remission with a median remission duration of 4 months,and a median time to CR of 48 days.Conclusion Patients with CD 7 AML are usually CD 34 and P glycoprotein positive.These patients had a lower CR rate and a shorter remission duration. |
