长春市一汽厂区女性尿失禁患病情况及相关因素调查

目的对长春市一汽厂区女性尿失禁患病情况及影响因素进行流行病学调查,以探讨该地区女性尿失禁的患病率及其危险因素,为疾病的预防和治疗提供依据。方法按整群随机抽样方法对一汽厂区女性进行问卷调查,对数据进行统计分析。结果发出问卷1350份,回收1258份,回收率93.2%,合格问卷数1219份,合格率96.9%(1219/1258)。一汽厂区女性尿失禁的总患病率为41.1%,其中压力性、急迫性、混合性及其他类型尿失禁患病率分别16.4%(200/1219)、6.2%(76/1219)、16.7%(203/1219)和1.8%(22/1219),婚姻状况、孕次及是否绝经为尿失禁的影响因素。已婚是尿失禁患病的危险因素,孕1次及以上较未孕者、未绝经者较绝经者具有较低的患病风险。结论一汽厂区女性尿失禁患病率高,尿失禁的发生与多种因素有关,尤其与婚姻状况、孕次、绝经有关。

The epidemiologic survey of female urinary incontinence in the first automobile industrial zone
