| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:64例慢性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例,对照组采用单纯西医治疗,服用奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、克拉霉素,对阿莫西林过敏者给予甲硝唑、克拉霉素、果胶铋,并根据胃胀症状加减服用吗丁啉。治疗组在上述西药治疗的基础上根据症侯特征以香砂六君子汤辨证施治。结果:治疗组总有效率87.5%,对照组75.0%,2组相比有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:采用中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎可提高治愈率。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects of integration of traditional and western medicine in patients with chronic gastritis.Methods：64 patients with chronic gastritis were randomly divided into treatment group（32 cases）and control group（32 cases）.The control group of western medicine orally took omeprazole,amoxicillin and clarithromycin,giving metronidazole,clarithromycin and colloidal bismuth pectin for patients with amoxicillin allergy,and took domperidone according to bloated stomachs.The treatment group of western medicine received TCM syndrome differentiation on the basis of western medicine.Results：The total effective rate was 87.5% in the treatment group and 75.0% in the control group.There were significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Integrative treatment can improve the cure rate for chronic gastritis. |
