| 摘 要： | 人民群众的健康历来是社稷之大事。近年来我国医疗卫生事业已取得了成绩 ,也存着问题 ;建立健全我国卫生保健体系对消除社会贫困 ,促进社会经济健康发展有着重要意义 ;同时作者提出引入竞争机制、转变政府职能等四方面对策措施。 |

| Abstract: | It is important for the society to promote the health level of the people. Great achievement had been done in health enterprise recently. However, there were some difficulties to be solved. In order to eliminate social poverty and develop the socioeconomic, we should establish and perfect health care system. Finally, the authors gave four countermeasures on it, such as introducing competitive mechanism, transforming government functions and so on. |
