| 摘 要： | 目的 总结肾移植术后甲型H1N1流行性感冒(甲流)的特点及治疗经验.方法 对3例肾移植术后合并甲流病例的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 3例患者均有发热、咳嗽、咳痰、肌肉酸痛等甲流症状.3例均患有双侧肺炎,其中2例合并呼吸困难.3例患者经咽试子标本检测甲流病毒基因阳性确诊为甲流.确诊后给予抗病毒治疗,奥司他韦75 mg,...
