| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨康复护理干预对脑卒中跌倒患者生活质量的影响。方法：将70例脑卒中患者随机分为观察组和对照组各35例,对照组患者采用神经内科常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上接受康复护理干预,随访3个月后评定疗效。结果：干预前后,观察组与对照组的跌倒次数、生活质量比较,均有显著性差异（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论：康复护理干预对提高脑卒中跌倒患者的生活质量具有积极作用。
