| 摘 要： | The incidence of ARVI was about 10% arnong 100 cases of AMI in our bospital. The main problems on diagnosis and treatment were that there were lack of specdly on 12 leact~ ECG and without hernodynamic morni-tor sysy~s to make dignosls sa~re. ARVI uso~flly ammpanies wilh AMI ,and it is avaJ]abe to treat carefully withcontinuols CVP n'~0mitor attd prevent the cortip~ications.
