新生儿直肠内测温时间的临床研究

为探讨新生儿肛温测试准确时间 ,对 30 9例新生儿在 1min、2min、3min测得的肛温体温数值进行观察比较。结果 :肛温测试 1min和 2min、3min所测得的体温数值比较均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。同时还对不同室温下及早产儿肛温测试 1min与 2min、3min的体温数值比较均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :新生儿肛温测试 1min能可靠反应机体的真实体温情况 ,提示新生儿肛温测试可以 1min为限。对特殊情况可根据需要延长测温时间

Clinical Study on Taking Temperature Time Through Rectum in Neonate

In Order to approach the exactly time of taking temperature through recturm in neonate,the numerical values of the rectal temperature taken were studied within 1 min,2min,3min in 309 cases.The result showed that the numerical values within 1min,2min,3min had no difference ( P>0.05 ),Even under different room temperature and in the prematures.Conclusion:Rectal thermometer within 1min in neonate can exactly reflect the neonatal body temperature.
