| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨非男性不育行体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF-ET）治疗时卵巢低反应者受精方式的选择。方法：回顾性分析行IVF-ET治疗的118例非男性不育的卵巢低反应患者资料,比较行常规IVF组和卵胞浆内单精子注射（IC-SI）组间的卵冠丘复合体（OCCC）受精率、优质胚胎率、胚胎利用率、OCCC利用率、临床妊娠率和早期流产率。结果：ICSI组的OCCC利用率高于常规IVF组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,OCCC受精率、优质胚胎率、胚胎利用率、临床妊娠率和早期流产率两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：ICSI不能改善非男性不育的卵巢低反应者的受精率、胚胎质量和妊娠结局,不建议对其行ICSI受精;卵巢低反应并非ICSI的适应证。
