| 摘 要： | 为了加强脑血管意外患者康复期的健康管理,提高患者的生活质量,我们建立了医院-社区-家庭三位一体的健康管理新模式,使脑血管意外患者对医院的满意度和自身的生活质量得到提高,有效地降低了疾病的复发和医疗支出。

| Abstract: | Objective:To improve the cerebrovascular accident patients'life quanlity and their healthcare treatment effect in healing period,we settled to establish a new healthcare management system,which we called ahospital-community-family three-in-one system.This healthcare management system suceeded in enhancing the cerebrovascular accident patients' life quanlity and their patient-satisfaction;it also mamaged to cut down the patients'medical expensure and to rudeuce these disease recrudescence rate effectively. |
