| 摘 要： | 新生儿窒息后肾功损伤发生率最高,重度窒息组血Bun、Cr平均值明显高于轻度窒息组,通过小剂量多巴胺对重度窒息后新生儿肾损害治疗的疗效观察,证明其总有效率41/43(95%),故提示我们重度窒息新生儿可常规应用小剂量多巴胺.
