小鼠移植瘤淋巴管分布及细胞间粘附分子-1的表达

目的：观察小鼠移植瘤内淋巴管的分布及细胞间粘附分子（ICAM-1）在癌细胞和淋巴管内皮细胞的表达。方法：于小鼠腹股沟区皮下接种肝癌细胞株（H22），分期取材。用5＇-Nase-Alpase双重染色法和VEGFR-3免疫组化法观察淋巴管的分布；检测ICAM-1在癌细胞和淋巴管内皮细胞的表达。结果：在肿块的周边部可见少量褐色的毛细淋巴管，VEGFR-3阳性表达。ICAM-1在肿瘤细胞和淋巴管内皮细胞都有表达，随肿瘤的发展而增强。结论：在移植瘤中存在毛细淋巴管，可能为新生的；ICAM-1在肿瘤细胞及淋巴管内皮细胞的表达，可能与癌淋巴管转移有关。

Distribution of lymphatics in transplanted tumor of mice and expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1

Objective: To observe the distribution of the lymphatics in transplanted tumor of mice and the expressions of intercellular adhesion molecule (ICAM-1) in the tumor cells and the lymphatics. Methods: Liver cancer cells (H22) were inoculated under the inguinal skin of KM mice. 5'-Nase-Alpase double staining and immunohistochemistry staining for VEGFR-3 were performed to observe the distribution of the lymphatics. The expression of ICAM-1 in the cancer cells and lymphatics were observed through immunohistochemistry staining. Results: A few brown lymphatics (VEGFR-3 positive) in the peripheral area of tumor were observed by 5'-nase-alpase double staining. ICAM-1 expressed in both cancer cells and lympatics in the cancer tissues. Conclusion: There is lymphangiogenesis in transplanted tumor. The expression of ICAM-1 in the cancer cells and lymphatics may be related with the metastasis of tumor cells by lymphatics.
