| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中西医结合治疗急性出血坏死性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法：将46例本病患者随机分为A组25例和B组21例，A组采用中西医结合治疗，B组采用西医常规治疗。结果：A组在死亡率和并发症等方面均明显低于B组，两组比较，P〈0．01。结论：中西医结合治疗急性出血坏死性胰腺炎疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect on acute bleeding necrotizing pancreatitis treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine.Method:46 cases were randomly divided into 25 cases in A group and 21 cases in B group.Cases in A group were treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine and cases in B group treated with routine western medicine.Results:Death and complication rate in A group were lower than that in B group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine was satisfactory for treating acute bleeding necrotizing pancreatitis. |
