| 摘 要： | 目的探讨紫杉醇（TXL）、阿霉素（ADM）和卡铂（CBDCA）（TAC方案）联合化疗治疗子宫内膜癌的最合适剂量。方法我院收治的子宫内膜癌患者34例均进行TAC联合化疗，起始剂量分别为ADM35mg／m^2、TXL120mg／m^2和CBDCAAUC4，各药物的剂量逐渐增加。计划至少接受4个周期的治疗。如患有4级的嗜中性白血球减少症（DLT）或患有3级DLT伴发热者，允许在第2轮化疗后接受粒系集落刺激因子治疗。结果TAC方案的最大耐受剂量为：第1天ADM45mg／m^2，第2天TXL150mg／1132和CBCDAAUC5，且未出现严重的毒副作用。34例患者的总有效率50．0％，完全缓解率20．6％，中位生存时间29．0个月。结论对于子宫内膜癌的TAC疗法推荐剂量为第1天ADM45mg／m^2、第2天TXL150mg／m^2和CBCDAAUC5，该方案具有理想的疗效及可接受的毒副作用。
