| 摘 要： | 患者男，40岁。进行性记忆力减退，言语忘词1年，大小便失禁，行走不稳3d入院。脑脊液检查示梅毒螺旋体抗体阳性；血快速血浆反应素试验(RPR)阳性、梅毒微粒凝集试验(TPPA)阳性；青霉素治疗后症状明显缓解。诊断为三期神经梅毒麻痹性痴呆。

| Abstract: | A man aged 40 presented with encopresis and unsteady gait for 3-days and history of progressive hypomnesis and aphasia one-year. Cerebrospinal fluid showed a positive antibody reaction to Treponema pallidum. The serological tests also revealed positive results in RPR and TPPA. After penicillin was used, his symptoms greatly improved. Diagnosis: tertiary neurosyphilis-general paresis. |
