拓展美沙酮治疗工作新模式

目的探讨以社区作为防艾平台，转介及督导吸毒人员人组美沙酮替代治疗，以达到最有效的降低危害控制艾滋病的预防措施。方法通过社区参与禁毒和防艾及对吸毒人群面对面帮教的教育方式并对其督导及有效转介干预。结果吸毒人员转介到美沙酮维持治疗点入组成功率印％，美沙酮维持治疗率由2007年的55．27％上升到2008年的71．25％，吸毒人群艾滋病感染率由2007年13．17％下降到2008年的11．0％；尿检阳性率从去年的40．12％下降到今年的33．50％。结论吸毒人群美沙酮维持治疗率不高，探索以社区督导吸毒人员服用美沙酮治疗的艾滋病防治方法，以有效预防和控制艾滋病的传播和蔓延。

Community's Participation: A New Mode of Protecting Against AIDS

Objective This paper is to probe into the construction of a platform of protecting against AIDS with the participation of community to instruct and guide the drug users to treat themselves with Methadone so as to promote effectively the precaution against AIDS. Method A face-to-face education with the participation of community has been done to interfere and guide the drug users to be away from drug and to protect against AIDS. Result 60% of the drug users have transformed with Methadone treatment. Compare with that of last year, the successive race has risen from 55.27% to 71.25%, and the affective has reduced from 13. 17% to 11.0%, and the rate of urine masculine gender dropped from 40. 12% to 33.50%. This shows that Methadone treatment has a bright future. Conclusion Few drug users keep on with Methadone treatment. Therefore it is necessary to probe into a kind of method with community＇s participation to instruct the drug users to use Methadone to protect against AIDS and prevent it from spreading.
