大剂量盐酸氨溴索对急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者呼吸功能的影响

目的　研究大剂量盐酸氨溴索对急性呼吸窘迫综合征 (ARDS)患者呼吸功能的影响。方法　选择ARDS患者4 2例 ,随机分成对照组 (A组 ,n =2 0 )和实验组 (B组 ,n =2 2 )。A组给予单纯生理盐水 5 0 0ml静脉滴注 ,B组给予盐酸氨溴索 2 0mg/kg +生理盐水 5 0 0ml静脉滴注 ,共 7天。比较两组患者在氧合、呼吸力学及肺损伤评分等方面的变化和差异。 结果　B组患者的肺损伤评分、氧合及呼吸力学指标均明显改善 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 ) ,与A组比较均有统计学差异 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 )。结论　临床应用大剂量盐酸氨溴索有利于ARDS患者呼吸功能的恢复

Effect of high dose ambroxol on the pulmonary function of patients with ARDS

Objective To investigate the effect of high dose ambroxol on the lung function of patients with ARDS.Methods 42 patients with ARDS were enrolled in the study. They were divided randomly into 2 groups. Patients in group A were treated with 0.9% NaCl (500 ml) alone, and those in group B received high dose ambroxol (20 mg/kg)+ 0.9% NaCl (500 ml) for 7 consecutive days. The arterial blood samples were taken for blood gas and the parameters of respiratory mechanics were recorded before ambroxol infusion, 3 days and 5 days following the first infusion respectively. Outcome of patients in both groups including various pulmonary function indices was analyzed. Results The pulmonary function indices including oxygenation and respiratory mechanics of patients in group B with ambroxol therapy were improved significantly ( P < 0.05 or P < 0.01 ), which were much better than those in group A ( P < 0.05 or P < 0.01 ).Conclusion Pulmonary function of ARDS patients could benefit from clinical application of high dose ambroxol.
