| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经支气管镜高频圈套电切良性肿瘤的临床应用价值及护理措施。方法：17例良性气管肿瘤患者，行支气管镜下腔内高频圈套电切治疗，观察疗效。结果：良性肿瘤17例，治疗14次，临床症状缓解，纤支镜下见新生物均完全脱落，追踪0．5～2年未见复发。结论：经支气管镜高频圈套电切良性肿瘤疗效显著，充分的术前准备、熟练的术中配合、精心的术后护理是提高治疗成功率。降低并发症发生的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss the clinical application measurement of high-frequent snare electric excision via bronchoscopy for benign tumors and its nursing care. Methods：In 17 cases with bronchus tumors diagnosed by bronchoscopy pathology,efficacy and nursing were observed after the treatment of high-frequent snare electric excision via bronchoscopy. Results：In 17 cases with benign tumors, the symptoms were relieved after treatment for 1-4 times.Neoplasm in bronchoseopy completely dropped. After 0.5-2 years follow-up no recurrence happened. Conclusion：The therapy of high-frequent snare electric excision is effective.The adequate pre-operative preparation and skilled cooperation with careful postoperative care are the keys to improve the treatment success rate and to reduce complications. |
