某医院2004-2008年中老年住院病人死因分析

【目的】通过对2004-2008年医院中老年住院病人死因动态进行综合评价分析，探讨影响医院住院病人的主要死因，为控制相关疾病、科学制定卫生决策提供依据。【方法】采用GB／T14396—2001疾病分类与代码。本文的数据分析采用SPSS11．0。【结果】中老年住院病人2004～2008年累计死亡1014人，年均病死率为1．28％，病死率呈现逐年下降趋势。其中男性总死亡人580（57．19％），女性总死亡人434（42．80％）。按各类死因排列，前6位死亡原因依次为：肿瘤、外伤、循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、神经内分泌系统疾病、消化系统疾病，其中前3位死因的死亡构成比分别为26．42％、25．14％、10．65％。【结论】肿瘤、外伤、循环系统疾病是中老年住院病人前三位死因，死因分析有助于明确进一步加强医院相应专科建设。

Statistical Analysis of Causes of Death in Middle and Elderly Patients in a Hospital from 2004 to 2008

[Objective] To explore the main causes of death in middle and elderly hospitalized patients in a hospital from 2004 to 2008 in order to provide the evidence for controlling some diseases and making scientific health decision. [Methods]GB/T]4396-2001 disease classification and code was used. The data were analyzed by SPSS11. 0 Excel software. [Results] The cumulative deaths in middle and elderly patients from 2004 to 2008 were 1,014, and an annual mortality rate was 1.28 %. The mortality rate showed a downward trend year by year. Total deaths included 580 males （57. 19%） and 434 females deaths （42.80%）. The preceding six causes of death were cancer, trauma, circulatory disease, respiratory disease, neuroendocrine disease and digestive disease. The proportions of top three causes of death were 26.42%, 25.14% and 10.65%, respectively. [Conclusion]Cancer, trauma and circulatory disease were the top three causes of death. The analysis of death cause may contribute to further strengthen the construction of corresponding special department in hospital.
