基层社区医生对抑郁症和老年期痴呆诊治技术需求与了解调查

目的调查基层社区医生对抑郁症和老年期痴呆诊治技术需求与了解情况。方法设计了《抑郁症和老年期痴呆诊治问卷》，选择浙江省10个社区卫生服务中心的社区医生为调查对象。结果对20项常用技术表达需要和非常需要的比例较高，其中有7项达到90％以上，有18项达到85％以上，基层社区医生对抑郁症和老年期痴呆防治技术“不了解”的占47％-73％，而对痴呆患者的管理技术“不了解”者高达73％。基层社区医生对抑郁症和老年期痴呆防治知识和相关技术的了解少，但他们对抑郁症和老年期痴呆防治知识有浓厚兴趣，表达出对相关技术的强烈需求。结论基层医务人员作为精神疾病防控、康复的第一线，对相关知识有较强的需求，应该通过各种方式，把专业知识向基层进行传播。

An Investigation on Requirement of Community Physicians for Diagnosis and Treatment Techniques for Depression and Senile Dementia

Objective To investigate the requirement of community physicians for the diagnosis and treatment techniques for depression and senile dementia. Methods A questionnaire survey on the requirement of community physicians for the diagnosis and treatment techniques for depression and senile dementia was conducted in community physicians from 10 community health service centers in Zhejiang province. Results Most community physicians expressed their strong demand for 20 commonly used techniques,in which 7 techniques accounted for 90% or more, 18 techniques for 85% or more. 47% - 73% of the community physicians did not know the control technology of depression and senile dementia; 73% of them did not know the management techniques of patients with senile dementia. The community physicians had a strong interest in knowledge on prevention and treat- ment of depression and dementia, and expressed the strong demand on technology. Conclusion The community physicians have strong demand for the techniques for control, prevention and rehabilitation of mental diseases, and expect some trains from variety of ways.
