摘 要: | 目的探讨阿尔茨海默病患者血清甲状腺激素和骨代谢含量的变化,寻找阿尔茨海默病发病的危险因素。方法入组143例阿尔茨海默病患者和正常对照组140例,空腹抽血测定血清促甲状腺激素、总T3、总T4、游离T3、游离T4和甲状旁腺激素、β-胶原特殊序列、N-MID骨钙素。结果阿尔茨海默病组总T4[AD组(109.36-4-22.70)nmol/L,对照组(123.29±21.77)nmol/Ll和游离T4[AD组(11.61±2.36)pmol/L,对照组(12.88±2.24)pmol/L],显著降低(P〈0.05),而促甲状腺激素和总T3、游离T3两组间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);AD组甲状旁腺激素[AD组(44.45±7.41)pg/ml,对照组(34.49±6.82)pg/ml]显著增高(P〈0.05),而N—MID骨钙素、β-胶原特殊序列和钙离子浓度差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论血清甲状腺激素和甲状旁腺激素可能在阿尔茨海默病患者发病中起着部分作用。

Abstract: | Objective To study content change of serum Thyroid hormones and bone metabolism in Alzhermer disease, and seek risk factors about oncoming Alzhermer disease. Methods 143 AD patients and 140 healthy controls were enrolled in this study. Drawing blood in morning with an empty belly, and determining content of thyroid-stimulating hormone, total triiodothyro- nine,total thyroxine, free T3, free T4, parathyroid hormone, [3-Crosslaps and N-MID Osteocalcin were performed. Results Total thyroxine in AD patients Serum had significantly reduced than controls( AD case (109.36 ± 22.70)nmol/L, control( 123.29± 21.77 ) nmol/L,P 〈 0.05 ) ; and Free T4 have significantly reduced than controls [AD case ( 11.61 ± 2.36 ) pmol/L, control (12.88 ± 2.24 ) pmol/L,P 〈 0.05 ] ;but there was not significantly difference between AD case and control about thyroid-stimulating hormone,total triiodothyronine and free T3 ( P 〉 0.05 ). parathyroid hormone in AD patients Serum had significantly increased than controls [AD case ( 44.45 ± 7.41 ) pg,/ml, control ( 34.49 ± 6.82 ) pg/ml, P 〈 0.05 ] ; β-Crosslaps, N-MID Osteocalcin is not significantly difference between AD case and control( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Thyroid hormones and parathyroid hor- mone maybe play a part role of Alzhermer disease attacking. |
