| 摘 要： | 目的探讨年轻乳腺癌患者生存质量与社会支持的相关性。方法对100例年轻乳腺癌患者在术后3个月随访时，采用生存质量评定量表和社会支持评定量表进行调查，分析其相关性。结果年轻乳腺癌患者的生存质量较差，但能获得较高的社会支持。相关性分析显示，年轻乳腺癌患者生存质量与社会支持呈正相关。结论年轻乳腺癌患者的生存质量与社会支持密切相关，护士应重视并有效利用患者的社会支持，提高患者的生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the correlation between quality of life and social support for young patients with breast cancer. Method Investigate 100 young patients with breast cancer by Quality of Life Scale and Social Support Rating Scale and analyze their correlation during post--operation follow up 3 months later. Result Quality of life for young patients with breast cancer is poor, but they have high social support. Correlation analysis shows that there is positive correlation between quality of life and social support for young patients with breast cancer. Conclusion Quality of life for young patients with breast cancer is closely related to their social support. Nurses should pay attention and make good use of their social support to improve their quality of life. |
