优质护理服务和体会

目的全面履行护理人员职责，以患者为中心，提供优质护理，通过开展“优质护理服务”把基础护理做实，把专科护理做精，推进护理工作，贴近临床，贴近患者，贴近社会，为患者提供安全、有效、全程、无缝隙、满意的护理服务。做到让患者、政府、社会满意。方法首先选几个试点病房开展优质护理服务示范工程活动，修订各项护理职责制度常规和工作程序。改变排班模式，实施护士站前移，实行床边工作制，责任大包干，切实落实基础护理职责，加强护理质量管理和人力资源管理，改革薪酬制度，实施绩效考核方案，分层次使用护士，拓展护理服务内容。结果护士工作积极性增加了，提高了工作效率，提高护理服务质量，满意度也提高了，同时也增加了护士对基础护理工作的认识，明确优质护理的内涵。结论优质护理服务的实施为患者提供全程满意的护理服务，密切了护患关系，提高服务质量．是护理工作改革的重大壮举。

High Quality Nursing Service and Experience

Objective To clarify nursing staff duties all-around. To implement good basic nursing and do specific nursing well and promote nursing work and press it closely to clinic, patients and society and provide patients good nursing service which was safe,efficiency,whole-process, seamless and satisfied and let patients, government and the public satisfied, we launched ＂high quality Nursing Service＂. Methods Firstly, make good examples of ＂high quality nursing＂ at some selected wards. Modify liabil- ity regime and working routine of nurses. Reinforce management of nursing quality and human resource. Reform the salary system. Carry out performance examining plans. Dispatch the nurses hierarchically. Expand nursing service content. Change arrangement mode, set the nurse station forward, and carries out bedside working system. Results Nurses increased their work enthusiasm, raised their working efficiency, and promoted their nursing service quality and degree of satisfaction, Which reinforced the knowl- edge of nursing work and content of ＂high quality nursing＂. Conclusion The implement of ＂high quality nursing＂ provided high quality service to the patients, smoothed the nurse-patient relationship, which was a great step in nursing reform.
