优质护理理念指导的一对一带教应用效果研究

摘    要:目的:探讨实施在优质护理服务理念指导下一对一临床带教的教学效果。方法将100名临床实习的本科护生,随机分为实验组和对照组,各50名。对照组采用传统的临床带教方法,即每个科室1名带教老师负责所有实习护生的临床教学工作。实验组采用在优质护理服务理念指导下一对一的带教方法,即每个科室设1名总带教老师和若干名分带教老师,每位护生有各自的带教老师。比较两组临床教学满意度。结果实习8个月后实验组临床教学满意度高于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务理念指导下一对一临床带教方法有利于强化优质护理教育,提高护生的沟通与人文能力,打造一支高素质的临床护理带教师资队伍,具有重要的教学意义。

Abstract:Objective To explore the teaching effectiveness of one to one clinical teaching under the concept of quality care . Methods The traditional clinical teaching methods was taken for nursing students in control group in which one teacher in each de-partment is responsible for all nursing students in clinical teaching .At the same time ,one to one clinical teaching under the concept of quality care was taken for the experimental group in which each department set up a total teacher and a number of common teach -ers and each student had his own teacher .Results After Internship eight months nursing students in the experimental group was more satisfied with the clinical teaching action than those in the control group ,and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0 . 05) .Conclusion one to one clinical teaching under the concept of quality care is benefit to strengthen the quality of nursing educa-tion ,to improve communication and human capacity for nursing students ,to build a high -quality clinical nursing teachers owned team .Therefore it will play an important role in the clinical nursing teaching .
