护理干预对睑板腺功能障碍的影响

目的研究正确的眼科护理干预措施对睑板腺功能障碍治疗的影响。方法采用随机对照性研究，选择济宁医学院附属医院近2年来已确诊并能按时随访的睑板腺功能障碍患者100例，随机分为两组，对照组给予妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液联合聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗，实验组除采用与对照组相同药物治疗的同时，对患者日常眼科护理进行干预和指导。教会患者或家属正确的按摩、热敷等护理方法，且每周随访一次，随访时给予一次睑板腺按摩，并及时纠正不正确的护理方法。正规治疗1个月后对两组患者的症状评分、睑缘评分及泪膜破裂时间（BUT）进行对比。结果对照组和实验组的症状评分、睑缘评分及BUT比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论正确的眼科护理对睑板腺功能障碍的治疗大有帮助，且简便易行，值得临床推广。

The Influence of Nursing Guidance on Meibomian Gland Dysfunction

Objective The purpose of the clinical trial was to investigate the effect of proper nursing guidance in treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction（MGD）. Methods A prospective observational study was designed. A total of 200 eyes of 100 pa- tients were enrolled in this trial. A randomized and controlled study was adopted. The difference of treat and control group is nursing guidance was used in treat group. All patients had been observed for 1 month, symptom score,lid margin score and BUT were observed and recorded to calculate a comprehensive score. Results There were significant difference of symptom score,lid margin score and BUT between the two groups at 1 month （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The proper nursing guidance had excellent efficacy and safety in treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction,it＇ s easy to studied and utilized, so it＇ s to be worthy of sprea- ding.
