前列煎治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎36例临床观察

目的探讨前列煎治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法将72例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者随机均分为前列煎（自拟方）治疗组及前列回春胶囊对照组。治疗组前列煎每日1剂，早中晚分服；对照组前列回春胶囊，每次1．5g，2；L／d。两组均以治疗6周为一个疗程，观察治愈率、有效率、慢性前列腺炎症状评分（NIH—CPSI）及EPS检查。结果治疗组总有效率为94．44％，对照组总有效率为83．33％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），NIH—CPSI综合评分差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论前列煎是治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的有效途径，疗效优于前列回春胶囊。

Clinical Observation on Qianliejian Decoction Combined with Terazosin for 36 Cases of Chronic Abacterial Prostatitis

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of QianlieJian decoction for chronic abacterial prostatitis. Methods 72 patients with chronic abacterial prostatitis were randomly divided into the treatment group of Qianliejian and the QianlieHuiChun capsule control group. The treatment group was given the forefront of self-intended Qianliejian Decoction, 1 agent daily,3 times daily ;the control group was given QianlieHuiChun capsules, 1.5 g once, twice daily. One treatment course lasted for 6 weeks. Cure rate, rate, the evaluation of The National Institutes of Healthy Chro~aic Prostatitis Symptom Index （ NIH-CPSI ）, and the EPS-checking were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treanment and control group were 94.44% and 83.33% respectively （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The comprehensive scores of NIH-CPSI were significantly different （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion QianlieJian decoction was a more effective way than QianlieHuiChun capsules in the treatment of chronic abacterial prostatitis.
