妊娠晚期孕妇凝血四项、FDP、D-二聚体的变化及临床意义

目的探讨妊娠晚期妇女凝血四项、纤维蛋白（原）降解产物（FDP）及D．二聚体（DD）水平的变化及其临床意义。方法选取于郑州市妇幼保健院就诊的120例晚期妊娠妇女，抽取清晨空腹静脉血栓测凝血功能，并与同期于郑州市妇幼保健院门诊就诊的100例健康非妊娠女性的凝血功能进行比较。结果晚期妊娠组凝血酶原时间（PT）均值为（13．06±0．83）s，凝血酶时间（TT）均值为（17．22±1．39）s，活化部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）均值为（34．71±1．49）s，纤维蛋白原（FIB）均值为（2．67±0．62）g／L，FDP均值为（3．29±1．02）mg／L，D-二聚体均值为（0．60±0．42）μg／L；正常对照组PT均值为（11．38±1．97）s，TT均值为（12．37±2．01）S，Am均值为（29．94±3．06）s，FIB均值为（5．02±0．85）g／L、FDP均值为（8．05±2．51）mg／L，D-二聚体均值为（7．49±4．26）μg／L，通过统计学分析，两组间各项检测值间的差异均具有统计学意义，P值均〈0．05。结论与正常非妊娠妇女相比，晚期妊娠妇女体内血液处于高凝状态，因此对于这些孕妇应常规检测凝血功能。

Changes and Clinical Significance of Coagulation Function Indexes,FDP and D-dimers in Women in Her Third Trimester

Objective To explore the changes of coagulation function indexes, fibrin degradation product （FDP） and D-dimers（DD） and its clinical significance in women in the third trimester of pregnancy. Methods One hundred and twenty women in the third trimester of pregnancy and 100 health non-pregnant women were enrolled. The coagulation function indexes were tested with fasting venous blood. Results The levels of prothrombin time（ PT）, thrombin time（ TT）, activated partial thromboplastin time （APTT）, fibrinogen （FIB）, FDP and DD were （ 13.06 ± 0.83） s, （ 17.22 ± 1.39） s, （ 34.71 ± 1.49） s, （ 2.67 ± 0.62） g/ L, （3.29 ± 1.02） mg/L and（0.60 ±0.42） ug/L in the labor group,and（ 11.38 ± 1.97） s, （ 12.37 ±2.01 ） s, （29.94 ±3.06） s, （ 5.02 ± 0.85 ） g/L, （ 8.05 ± 2.51 ） mg/L and （7.49 ± 4.26） ug/L in the control group. There were significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion As compare to the non-pregnant women, women in the third trimester of pregnancy is in hypereoagulable state, so the regular coagulation function test is necessary for them.
