妇科千金胶囊联合氧氟沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效观察

目的探讨妇科千金胶囊联合氧氟沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法选择90例慢性盆腔炎患者分为观察组和对照组，每组45例。对照组给予氧氟沙星胶囊，观察组在对照组的基础上加用妇科千金胶囊。对两组患者的疗效、症状改善时间、不良反应和复发率进行比较。结果观察组的总有效率为97．8％，显著高于对照组（84．4％），差异具有统计学意义（X2=4．939，P〈0．05）；观察组的小腹坠痛和宫颈举痛的缓解时间显著短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（t=5．985，7．248，P〈0．05）；观察组的不良反应发生率（2．2％）也显著低于对照组（17．8％），差异具有统计学意义（X2=6．049，P〈0．05）；观察组半年内的复发率为11．1％，显著低于对照组（28．9％），差异具有统计学意义（X2=4．44，P〈0．05）。结论妇科千金胶囊联用氧氟沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著，不良反应少，复发率低，值得临床推广。

Efficacy Observation of Fukeqianjin Capsules Combined Ofloxacin for the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective To explore the efficacy of Fukeqianjin capsules combined ofloxacin for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 90 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease received in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group according with the admitted sequence of odd and even numbers, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given oiloxacin capsules, and the observation group was given Fukeqianjin capsules based on the control group. The efficacy, symptoms improved time, adverse reactions and recurrence rates in the two groups of patients were compared. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 97. 8%, significantly higher than the control group （ 84.4% ） , the difference was statistically significant（ X2 = 4. 939, P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the relief time of abdominal pain and cervical pain in observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ t = 5. 985,7. 248 ,P 〈 0.05 ） ;The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 2.2% , significantly lower than the control group（ 17.8% ） ,the difference was statistically significant （ X2 = 6. 049, P 〈 0. 05 ） ; recurrence rate in observation group was 11.1% , significantly lower than the control group （ 28.9% ） , the difference was statistically significant （ X2 = 4.44, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Fukeqianjin capsules combined with ofloxacin for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory had significant effect, less adverse reactions and less recurrence rate, it was worthy of clinical promotion.
