70例肾结核的超声诊断分析

目的探讨超声检查在肾结核诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析70例肾结核患者声像图特征和临床资料。结果70例肾结核超声诊断正确53例，准确率为75．7％，误诊13例，漏诊4例；肾结核超声声像图主要表现为不同程度肾积水、肾囊样变、肾萎缩、肾钙化等；根据声像图表现和病理演变，将肾结核细分为以下7个类型：结节型，占5．7％；囊肿型，占11．4％；积水扩张型，占34．3％；积脓型，占12．8％；萎缩型，占17．1％；钙化型，占8．5％；混合型，占10．0％。结论超声检查对肾结核的诊断及临床分型具有重要价值，根据肾结核的病理演变及超声表现对肾结核的临床分型、临床诊断及治疗具有重要意义。

Ultrasound Diagnosis of 70 Cases of Renal Tuberculosis

Objective To explore the value of uhrasonography in the diagnosis of renal tuberculosis. Methods The clinical and uhrasonographie of 70 cases of renal tuberculosis was retrospective analyzed. Results The accuracy of ultrasound in the diagnosis of renal tuberculosis was 75.7% （53/70）, 13 cases were misdiagnosed and 4 cases were missed diagnosed. The main sonographic findings of renal tuberculosis were different degree of hydronephrosis, renal cystic disease, renal atrophy and nephrocalcinosis. According to the ultrasonographic manifestations and pathological evolution, the renal tuberculosis was subdivided into the following seven types： with nodes （5.7%） ;with cysts （ 11.4% ） ;with hydronephrosis and pyelectasia （34.3 % ） ;with empyema（ 12.8 % ） ;with renal atrophy （ 17.1% ） ;with calcification （8.5 % ） ;mixed type （ 10.0% ）. Conclusion The ultrasonographic manifestations and pathological evolution plays an important role in the clinical classification, diagnosis and treatment of renal tuberculosis. Ultrasonography is of great value in patients with the renal tuberculosis.
