浆细胞性乳腺炎小鼠模型的建立

目的浆细胞性乳腺炎现在病因尚不明确，本研究旨在建立浆细胞性乳腺炎小鼠动物模型。方法浆细胞性乳腺炎手术切除病变组织制作匀浆接种BALB／c小鼠乳腺诱导建立浆细胞性乳腺炎小鼠模型。结果病理结果显示：A组、B组小鼠乳腺腺泡结构正常，未见到明显病理改变。c组、D组显示小鼠乳导管明显扩张，其内淤积大量上皮细胞及坏死碎屑，管用纤维化程度增加，并有大量中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞尤其是浆细胞浸润。c组有3例明显浆细胞性乳腺炎类似病理改变，建模成功率为50％；D组有5例出现明显浆细胞性乳腺炎类似病理改变，建模成功率为83．3％。E组内仅有3只小鼠乳腺病理改变可见乳导管周围有中性粒细胞浸润，但未见到浆细胞浸润，也无其他一些浆细胞性乳腺炎类似改变。结论浆细胞性乳腺炎患者病变组织可以诱导雌性BALB／c小鼠乳腺组织出现类似病理表现，并且高剂量组能够成功建立小鼠的浆细胞性乳腺炎模型。

Establishment of Plasma Cell Mastitis Model in Mice

Objective To establish a plasma cell mastitis（PCM） model in mice. Methods A PCM model in mice was established by inoculation of homogenate of the lesions of plasma cell mastitis. Results Histopathologic examination resuhs ： in the control group A and B, the acinar cells of mammary glands were integrity, and no abnormal changes were seen. In the experimental group C and D, the ductal ectasia with a large number of epithelial cells and debris in the lumen was found, and the fibrosis grew around ductus accompanied by a large duct ceils, neutrophils, lymphocytes, and especially plasma cell infiltration;in group C, 3 subjects showed pathological changes,the success rate was 50% ;in group D ,5 subjects showed pathological changes, the success rate was 83.3%. In group E,only 5 mice were with neutrophil infiltration, there was no infiltration of plasma cells, no abnormal changes in other pathological findings. Conclusion The lesions of patient with plasma cell mastitis can induce the female BALB/ c mice to experience the similar manifestation in the clinical and pathological. High-dose inoculation of homogenate can success- fully establish a PCM model in mice.
