| 摘 要： | 目的了解围绝经期妇女对自我保健的认知、态度和行为水平现状，探讨对围绝经期妇女的健康教育对策。方法采用随机抽样方法对上海某三级甲等医院妇科及产科100名45-55岁女性陪护家属进行问卷调查。结果围绝经期妇女对围绝经期常见泌尿生殖系统症状及心血管疾病认知相对不足，对围绝经期保健措施的认知与行为水平仍较低，且行为水平显著低于认知水平。结论针对围绝经期妇女保健知识较为薄弱的环节应开展科学、实效的健康教育，帮助广大围绝经期妇女提高认知水平的同时确立正确的健康信念、掌握自我保健方法，从而提高其生活质量。 |
