摘    要:目的为提高儿科学教学质量,教师将"以问题为基础的教学方法"(Problem-based learning,PBL)与讲授的传统教学方法(Lecture based learning,LBL)相对比,研究新方法在儿科学教学中的作用。方法将2004级英文班58名学生分成PBL和LBL两组,对《营养性维生素D缺乏性佝偻病》一章分别采用PBL教学法及LBL教学法进行教学,课程结束后采用统一试卷进行考试,从平均成绩、及格率、优秀率三方面评价教学效果。结果 PBL组学生病例分析平均成绩、及格率高于LBL组学生。结论 PBL教学法更能提高学生的临床思维能力。

Abstract:Objective To promote teaching qualities of pediatrics,problem-based learning (PBL)and lecture-based learnin(gLBL)were contrasted,and effects of the new teaching method were evaluated.Methods 58 medical students of English class Grade 2004 were chosen and divided into two groups,namely,PBL group,LBL group,each taught through the corresponding method in the chapter Rickets of Vitamin D Deficiency.At the end of the course,an objective exam was taken and the scores,checkout rate and excellent rate were used to assess the teaching quality.Results The scores and checkout rate of case analysis of the students in the PBL group are higher than that in the LBL group.Conclusion The approach of PBL can elevate the students'clinical thinking capability.
