对犬等动物致伤患者实施身心护理的探讨

目的为了解犬等动物致伤患者实施身心护理效果,掌握犬等动物致伤患者身心受到伤害程度,探讨实施身心护理措施。方法对582名犬等动物致伤患者怕发生狂犬病引起的情绪焦虑、消极悲观、恐惧心态进行调查分析,对犬等动物致伤患者不同的心态实施身心护理及伤口进行综合处理和全程免疫监测。结果88%的犬等动物致伤患者焦虑不安,64%有消极悲观情绪,精神不振,心跳加快,食欲减退,睡眠欠佳。实施身心护理后,上述症状得到有效消除,增强了患者防治信心。结论实施身心护理能有效地解除犬等动物致伤患者的心理障碍及有效地提高防治效果.

Insight of Psychosomatic Care for the Patients Suffering Canis Animal attack

Objective] To observe the effect of the psychosomatic care for the patients suffering canis animal attack,find out the degree of the psychosomatic injury and explore the strategies to perform care.Methods] Investigation and analysis were made in 582 cases that were in the situation of anxiety,pessimism and fear caused by the assumption that rabies may occur after being attacked by dogs.Psychosomatic care,comprehensive management of the wound and immune observation were performed on the patients with different problems.Results] Among the patients,88% suffered from anxiety and 64% were depressed and have the symptom of tachycardia,anorexia and sleeping disorder.After being given psychosomatic care,the symptoms disappeared and patients' confidence in the treatment and prevention increased.Conclusion] Psychosomatic care can effectively overcome psychological obstacles and strengthen the effectiveness of the prevention and treatment.
