规范化治疗重度有机磷农药中毒的疗效

目的比较规范化治疗同传统治疗方案对重度有机磷农药中毒疗效的影响。方法将我院急诊科2005年7月至2009年6月4年间采用规范化治疗方案治疗的49例急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者与2001年7月至2005年6月4年间按传统方案治疗的54例急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者进行对照分析,比较两组阿托品用量、阿托品中毒例数、血浆胆碱酯酶（ChE）活力恢复至正常60%的时间、反跳及中间综合征（IMS）发生例数、住院天数。结果规范组在阿托品用量、阿托品中毒、并发中间综合征、农药中毒反跳、住院时间均低于传统组,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论规范化治疗方案救治急性重度有机磷农药中毒较传统治疗方案疗效显著。

Evaluation of standardized treatment for acute organophosphorus pesticides poisoning

Objective To evaluate the effects of standardized treatment for acute organophosphorus pesticides poisoning（AOPP）.Methods We collected data from 49 patients of acute severe organophosphorus pesticides poisoning which accepted the standardized treatment from 2005.7 to 2009.6.and 54 patients accepted conventional therapy.The results of total atropine dosage,number of patients who had atropine poisoning,the time which patient＇s plasma cholinesterase（ChE）recovered to 60% of normal value,number of patients who were bounce-back or had intermediate syndrome,and stage of hospitalization were analyzed.Results The standardized treatment was more effective than conventional therapy in total atropine dosage,atropine poisoning,intermediate syndrome,bounce-back and stage of hospitalization with significate The difference was significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The standardized treatment is more effective than conventional therapy.
