摘    要:呼出气冷凝液(exhaled breath condensate, EBC)的检测具有安全无创、简单易操作、便捷可重复等优点,是一种前景广大的检测呼吸道内衬液成分的新型技术。近年来EBC研究取得了许多新的发展,积累了丰富的经验,尤其在呼吸系统疾病中的应用明显增多。本文主要就EBC检测方法及其在呼吸系统疾病应用中的最新研究进展进行总结。

Abstract:The detection of exhaled breath condensate(EBC) is a promising new technology for detecting the components of the airway lining fluid. It has many advantages such as safety, non-invasive, easy to operate, convenient and repeatable. In recent years, EBC research has achieved many new developments, and accumulated a wealth of experience, especially in respiratory diseases. This article summarizes the latest research progress in EBC detection methods and its application in respiratory diseases.
