中西医结合治疗睑板腺功能障碍相关干眼的临床观察＊

目的 观察自拟中药熏蒸联合睑板腺按摩治疗睑板腺功能障碍相关干眼的临床疗效。方法 将2016年05月2日至2018年10月31日干眼门诊确诊为睑板腺功能障碍相关干眼患者（120只眼）,按照数字随机法分为治疗组和对照组两组,每组各30例。治疗组采用中药熏蒸联合睑板腺按摩治疗,对照组给予局部滴眼液治疗,对两组的临床疗效进行比较。结果 两组的BUT、SIt和OSDI评分情况,治疗前后比较均有显著性差异(P < 0.05),且治疗组明显优于对照组(P < 0.05)。治疗组总有效率为90%,对照组为66.67%,两组总疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论 自拟中药熏蒸联合睑板腺按摩治疗睑板腺功能障碍相关干眼有较好的临床疗效。

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Meibomian Gland Dysfunction Related Dry Eyes with the Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective To observe the clinical effect of meibomian gland massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction related dry eyes.Methods Patients (120 eyes) with dry eyes related to meibomian gland dysfunction diagnosed in the dry eye clinic from May 2016 to October 2018 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the digital method, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with meibomian gland massage, while the control group was treated with local eye drops.Results Two groups of BUT and SIt and OSDI score comparison before and after the treatment had the significant difference (P < 0.05), and the treatment group was better than control group (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%, and that of the control group was 66.67%. The total efficacy of the 2 groups was compared, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Self-designed traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with meibomian gland massage for the treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction related dry eyes has a good clinical effect.
