| 摘 要： | 用免疫荧光细胞化学方法,对35例经~(60)钴放射治疗的鼻咽癌患者进行了EB病毒VCA-IgA抗体水平动态观察。发现多数患者VCA-IgA抗体水平有随病情好转而下降、随疾病恶化而上升的趟势。提示EB病毒VCA-IgA抗体水平的变化有可能作为判断~(60)钴放疗疗效的一项客观指标。

| Abstract: | Using immunofluorescent cytochemical technique EBV-VCA-IgA antibody level was studied in 35 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma before and after 60Co radiotherapy. It was found that the antibody level in most patients changed with severity of the illness. The better the patients were, the lower the VCA-IgA antibody level. So the change of EBV-VCA-IgA antibody level is a marker for 60Co radiotherapy effect on nasopharyngeal carcinoma. It is of some value in early diagnosis of recurrent cases and helps to improve 60Co radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma. |
