| 摘 要： | Fmoc-L-苏氨酸与N-甲基吗啉和氯甲酸异丁酯反应后经硼氢化钠还原、脱除Fmoc保护基得到L-苏氨醇,总收率83%,光学纯度99%.

| Abstract: | L-Threoninol was synthesized from Fmoc-L-threonine by reduction of NMM-i-BuOCOCl/NaBH4 system and then deprotection with an overall yield of 83% and optical purity of 99%. |
