| 摘 要： | 目的:分类介绍口服降糖药物的进展和临床应用概况,并评价其疗效,借以指导其临床正确的应用及合理的个性化选择.方法:采用近期国内外相关文献进行分析与评价.结果:口服降糖药物进展迅速,为糖尿病的防治拓展了更加广阔的空间.结论:进行正确应用及合理的个体化选择是促进糖尿病防治水平提高的关键.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To respectively introduce clinical usage and progress in oral hypoglycemic drugs and evaluate their clinical efficacy, in order to instruct proper use of the drugs and rationally individualized choice. METHODS: By collecting literatures in recent years at home and abroad. RESULTS: Many new kinds of oral hypoglycemic drugs made quick advancement in recent years, which provided more ways for treating diabetes. CONCLUSION: Proper use and rationally individualized choice of the drugs are the key points for improving prevention and treatment of diabetes. |
