血液透析相关性低血压的中医证候初步研究

目的探讨血液透析相关性低血压患者的中医证型分布。方法对20例透析低血压患者进行四诊合参,采用中医临床调查表及中医体质调查表,对证型进行总结。结果血液透析低血压患者的中医证型以虚实夹杂及单纯虚证为主;在证型分布上,低血压患者脾肾阳虚,脾肾气虚为主。结论中医辨证治疗结合透析时使用参麦注射液较常规静脉推注高渗糖,或仅透析过程中使用参麦注射液等疗效显著,对提高患者心血管功能稳定性有良好的疗效。

Preliminary Study of TCM Syndrome of Hemodialysis Associated Hypotension

Objective To study the distribution of TCM syndromes for low blood pressure related to hemodialysis. Methods Using four diagnostic methods for 20 cases of hypotension during hemodialysis patients, and summarizing the syndromes through using the surveys of traditional Chinese medicine and clinical TCM constitution questionnaire. Results TCM syndromes of hemodialysis patients associated with hypotension were mingled with excess and deficiency syndromes and pure deficiency; and hypotension in patients with Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney, Qi deficiency of spleen and kidney. Conclusion Chinese medicine treatment by diffeetiating and analysis and treatment with Shenmai injection were more efficacy compared with based dialysis of conventional intravenous injection of hypertonic glucose, or using Shenmai injection only during the hemodialysis, and had a good therapeutic effect on improving stability on funcation in cardiovascular patients.
