摘    要:目的探讨噪声对机体血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)表达水平的影响。方法检测噪声暴露厂企业工人(噪声暴露组,n=80)和其他非噪声暴露企业工人(对照组,n=80)血清SOD和MDA表达水平,同时对两组工人进行纯音听阈测试。结果噪声暴露组工人接噪强度显著高于对照组(87.5±2.7)dB vs(82.2±2.4)dB](P<0.05);噪声暴露组血清SOD表达水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),血清MDA表达水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组语频听力与高频听力损失比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清中MDA与SOD表达水平呈负相关(P<0.05),与双耳高频听力损失呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论血清SOD表达水平对噪声所致机体氧化损伤有一定的保护作用。

The Effects of Noise on the Expression Levels of Serum SOD and MDA in Human Body

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of noise on the expression levels of serum superoxide dismutase( SOD ) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in human body. Methods The serum SOD and MDA expression levels in workers at noisy factory (noise exposure group, n = 80) and the others at non-noisy facto- ry( control group ,n = 80 ) were investigated while sound hearing threshold test were performed for the two groups. Results The noise exposure intensity of the noise exposure group (87.5 ± 2.7 ) dB was significantly higher than that of the control group ( 82.2 ± 2.4) dB ; the serum SOD expression levels of the noise exposure group were significantly lower than those of the control group( P 〈 0.05 ), while the serum MDA levels of the noise exposure group were significantly higher than those of the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; there was a significant difference between the two groups in speech frequency and high-frequency hearing loss( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the serum levels of MDA was negatively correlated to SOD expression (P 〈 0.05 ), but positively to binaural high-frequency hearing loss ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Serum SOD expression level has a protective effect on oxidative damage caused by noise.
