2种子宫广泛切除术对早期宫颈癌的疗效比较

目的：探讨2种子宫广泛切除术对早期宫颈癌患者的近远期疗效。方法入组70例早期宫颈癌患者，随机分为2组，分别行腹腔镜辅助下（36例）和开腹（34例）广泛子宫切除术＋盆腔淋巴结清扫术，比较2组患者近远期疗效。结果腹腔镜组术中出血量和术后排气时间少于开腹组（ P〈0.05）。腹腔镜组和开腹组患者术后复发率、1 a生存率、术后生活质量评分差异无统计学意义（P均〉0.05）。结论腹腔镜子宫广泛切除术＋盆腔淋巴结清扫术对早期宫颈癌患者的近期疗效优于开腹手术，但2种方式对患者的远期疗效相近。

Effect Comparison of Two Radical Hysterectomy in the Treatment of Patients with Early Cervical Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the effects of two radical hysterectomy in the treatment of patients with early cervical carcinoma. Methods Seventy patients with early cervical carcinoma were divided into two groups, and received the laparoscopic （36 patients） and laparotomic （34 patients） radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy, and the effects of the two groups were compared. Results The intraoperative blood loss and postoperative exhaust time of the laparoscopic surgery group were better than those of the laparotomic surgery group （P 〈 0.05 ）. There were no statistical differences in the postoperative recurrence rate, the 1-year survival rate and the postopera- tive life quality score between the two group （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion For the patients with early cervical carcino- ma, the short term effect of laparoscopic radical hysterectomy is better than laparotomic radical hysterectomy, and the long term effect of laparoscopic radical hysterectomy is similar to laparotomic radical hysterectomy.
