| 摘 要： | 目的：观察替吉奥联合多西紫杉醇治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法40例晚期胃癌患者采用口服替吉奥联合静脉滴注多西紫杉醇方案治疗。结果40例患者中，PR19例、SD13例、PD8例，总有效率为47.50%，临床受益率为80.00%。主要毒副反应为白细胞减少、血小板减少、恶心呕吐及腹泻。结论替吉奥联合多西紫杉醇治疗晚期胃癌安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of S-1 combined with docetaxel in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods Forty patients with advanced gastric cancer received S-1 combined with docetaxel. Results Of the 40 patients, PR was observed in the 19 patients, SD in the 13 patients, PD in the 8 patients, the total effective rate was 47.50%, the clinical benefit rate was 80.00%. The main toxicities were leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea. Conclusion S-1 combined with docetaxel is effect and safe for the patients with ad- vanced gastric cancer. |
