| 摘 要： | 目的：总结肝硬化患者门静脉血流动力学改变，对诊断肝硬化的意义。材料与方法：运用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪检测50例肝硬化患者门静脉血流参数，按Child肝功能分级法与正常对照组30例进行对比分析。结果：肝硬化患者门静脉内径A、B、C级组比对照组增宽，门静脉平均血流速度A、B、C级组比对照组减慢，门静脉血流量A、B级组比对照组增加，C级组比对照组减少。结论：彩色多普勒超声检测门静脉血流参数，不仅能诊断肝硬化，而且能判断肝功能损害的程度。

| Abstract: | Purpose:To detect and analysed the blood flow parameters of portal vein in the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis.Materials and Methods:Compared 50 cases with liver cirrhosis with a normal group of 30 individuals in the blood flow parameters of the portal vein with color doppler flow imaging and in hepatic function grade.Results:The portal vein diameter were wider and the velocity of blood flow of portal vein were decreased in all grade of liver cirrhosis.Grade A and B were increased and grade C were decreased in volume of blood flow in liver cirrhosis.Conclusion:The blood flow parameters in partal vein detected with color doppler flow imaging not only can help to diagnosis liver cirrhosis but also assess the severity of the liver lesions. |
