摘    要:目的掌握涪陵水运口岸蝇类的种群构成、生境分布、季节消长等情况,为口岸蝇类卫生控制提供依据。方法2010年9月—2011年10月,在涪陵水运口岸即黄旗码头、糠壳湾码头,采用诱蝇笼捕集法捕获蝇类,按常规方法鉴定到种,分析不同环境的蝇类密度和季节消长规律。结果涪陵水运口岸共捕获蝇类3 301只,经鉴定隶属于6科34属90种,其优势种群为巨尾阿丽蝇、大头金蝇、紫绿蝇、瘦叶带绿蝇、白头亚麻蝇。涪陵水运口岸以外围蝇密度最高,为20.25只/笼.d;其次是集装箱泊位,为12.98只/笼·d;检疫处理区最低,为3.21只/笼·d。黄旗码头蝇类捕获的高峰期为4-5月和9-11月,糠壳湾码头蝇类捕获的高峰期为4-6月、10-11月,均呈双峰型。结论涪陵水运口岸2个码头的优势蝇种基本一致,黄旗码头蝇类密度低于国家控制标准,糠壳湾码头蝇类密度高于国家控制标准。外围、集装箱泊位最易滋生蝇类。春秋季节应加强蝇类的防控。

Abstract:Objective To understand the species composition, seasonal variation and distribution of flies at different habitats at Fuling waterborne ports, and to provide the evidence for prevention and control of flies at ports. Methods Cage-entrap was used to capture flies from September 2010 to October 2011 at Huangqi and Kangkewan dock in Fuling, flies were identified to species with conventional method, and its density and seasonal changes at different environments were analyzed. Results A total of 3 301 flies were captured and classified as 6 family 34 genera 90 species. The dominant species were Aldrichina grahami, Chrysomya megacephala, Lucilia porphytina, Hemipyrellia ligurriens, Parasarcophaga albiceps. Therefore, the highest fly density was 20.25/cage" day on the periphery of Fuling ferry terminals, container berth was the next. In which, fly density was 12.98/cage" day, and fly density at the quarantine and treatment area was the lowest, which was 3.21/cage-day. Fly density at both ports were shuangfeng type. At Huangqi dock, two peaks of fly density were from April to May and from September to November, which were from April to June and from October to November at Kangkewan dock. Conclusion The dominant species of the two docks at Fuling ferry terminals were the same basieal|y. Fly density at Huangqi dock was under national standards, and was higher than national standards at Kangkewan dock. Flies were survive easily on the periphery of Fuling ferry terminals and at container berth. We should strengthen prevention and control of flies in the spring and Autumn.
