蛋氨酸缺乏对心肌损伤作用的实验研究

摘    要:本文用低蛋氨酸合成饲料喂养大鼠,8周后处死。实验结果表明,蛋氨酸缺乏可引起大鼠心肌超微结构改变,心肌线粒体的细胞色素氧化酶和琥珀酸脱氢酶活性下降,全血,心肌和肝脏 GSH-Px 活性下降,而血、心肌和肝脏 TBA 值升高。

Abstract:According to level of Methionine (Met) contents of synthentic diet,wistarrats were randomly divided into two group:Control group (Met adequate) andMet deficiency group.After 8 weeks of feeding,these rats were sarcrificedrespectively.The results showed that alteration of myocardial ultrastructure inrats of Met deficiency group were observed.Activity of cytochrome oxidaseand succinate dehydrogenase in myocardial mitochondria was decreased in Metdeficiency group,compared with that in control group.Activity of GSH-Px inthe blood,the heart and the liver in Met deficienay group was apparently lowerthan that of control group,but TBA values in the blood,the heart and theliver in Met deficiency group were significantly higher than those of controlgroup.
