| 摘 要： | 目的：观察鸡血藤对贫血动物的红系细胞的影响。方法：采用腹腔注射盐酸苯肼和用＾６０Ｃｏ照射的方法，形成小鼠骨髓抑制性贫血的模型，研究鸡血藤对小鼠的血象影响。结果和结论；鸡血藤可升高红血球，血红蛋白，红血球容积和红细胞分裂指数，并对早期红系祖细胞和晚期造血红系祖细胞的增殖有明显的刺激作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effects of Spatholobus Suberectus on the mouse erythrocyte. Methods:The aplastis anemia model was established by injecting Phenylhydrazine hydrochloride and irradiating 60 Co ray in mice. Results and conclusion: The results showed that the herb could increase erythrocyte, hemoglobin and red cellvolum, and stimulate BFU E and CFU E to proliterate. |
