| 摘 要： | 目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)在非小细胞肺癌的发生、浸润及转移过程中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法,检测原发性非小细胞肺癌石蜡包埋组织80例、正常肺组织40例中MMP-7的表达水平,分析其与非小细胞肺癌的病理分化程度、手术-病理分期、淋巴结转移的相关性。结果非小细胞肺癌组MMP-7阳性率高于正常肺组织组(P=0.000)。非小细胞肺癌组TNM分期中Ⅰ、Ⅱ期合并后和Ⅲ、Ⅳ期合并后MMP-7的阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.022);低分化癌的MMP-7的阳性率与高、中分化癌相比,差异无统计学意义(P=0.073);淋巴结转移组MMP-7的表达与无淋巴结转移组差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。结论 MMP-7可能参与了非小细胞肺癌的发生和演进的过程;MMP-7检测可能成为判断非小细胞肺癌发生发展和评价预后的有效参考指标之一,对于非小细胞肺癌的早期预测可能具有重要的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the role of MMP-7 in non-smal1 cell lung cancer(NSCLC) occurrence,invasion and metastasis.Methods The expression of MMP-7 in 80 cases of NSCLC and 40 cases of normal lung tissue was detected by immunohistochemical SP method.The correlation between the expression of MMP-7 and the surgical-pathological stage or lymph node metastasis,the pathology-differentiated degree of NSCLC was deduced.Results The positive rate of MMP-7 was higher in NSCLC group than that in normal lung tissue(P=0.000)... |
