| 摘 要： | 目的探讨神经外科医院感染状况及其危险因素,进而采取有效干预措施。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对某院神经外科2009年1—12月医院感染状况进行调查和分析。结果神经外科住院患者1 230例中,发生医院感染91例,医院感染率7.40%,例次感染率7.97%(98例次)。感染部位以下呼吸道居首位,构成比为52.04%;病原菌以铜绿假单胞菌为主,占26.26%。基础疾病、住院时间长、侵入性操作、不合理应用抗生素为医院感染发生的主要危险因素。结论神经外科患者易发生医院感染,针对危险因素采取综合性的防范措施,对预防控制医院感染的发生具有重要意义。
