内固定加呼吸机治疗创伤性连枷胸并呼吸功能不全的研究

目的:探讨内固定结合呼吸机辅助呼吸治疗创伤性连枷胸并呼吸功能不全的治疗效果。方法:对比分析内固定与外固定治疗42例创伤性连枷胸并呼吸功能不全的治疗效果。结果:在24h自主呼吸频率、心率、动脉血气分析值及呼吸机使用时间、ICU时间、临床治愈天数指标方面,内固定结与外固定法有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:内固定加呼吸机治疗优于外固定结合呼吸机治疗连枷胸呼吸功能不全。

Research of Treatment on Traumatic Flail Chest and Respiratory Insufficiency with Internal Fixature Combined with Ventilator

Objective: Discussing on therapeutic effects of internal fixature with ventilator treatment which treat flail chest and respiratory insufficiency by trauma.Methods: look back and analyse 42 cases of the treat effects of treat flail chest and ventilator treatment by trauma. Results: Contrast and analyze clinic treatment effects indexes between the operation group and non-operation group. These indexes include breath rate per 24 hours, heart rate, arterial blood and gas analysis target, the usage time of breath machine, the time of ICU, the days of clinic therapy, which show the remarkable difference between two groups. Conclusions: The treatment of Internal fixation with ventilator treatment is better than the treatment of external fixation with ventilator treatment on treating treat flail chest and respiratory insufficiency by trauma.
